Following an ambitious website redesign, the online training program Zwift took on a new challenge: updating their email comms, a key component of their business model. As part of a small, versatile team, I leveraged current best practices, focusing on a mobile-first design and aligning Zwift’s email messaging with the voice and visuals of their new site. In addition to writing copy and crafting messaging and content strategy, I built sturdy guidelines for voice, style, and strategy.
